Ingredients:
4 cups cabbage, shredded
1 1/2 cup green capsicum, shredded
1/2 cup red capsicum, shredded
1/4 tbsp monosodium glutamate/ajinomoto(optional)
4 1/2 tbsp vinegar
Sugar and salt for seasoning
6 tsp oil
Method:
Heat 3 tbsp oil in pan.
Add salt, then red and green capsicum.
Stir fry for a minute and remove from pan.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in the same pan, add cabbage.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add capsicum and mix well.
Mix vinegar, sugar & monosodium glutamate
and put it in the pan.
Toss wel for a few minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
