Panna Cotta

Ingredients:
650 ml fresh cream
100 gms sugar
1 vanilla stick
10 gms gelatine

Method:
In a thick bottomed pan, mix cream and sugar, add vanilla stick and bring to a boil. Strain and pour into a bowl . Refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled, garnish with fresh fruits and berries.
Notes: Serves 4.
