130 gms tenderloin beef
15 gms baby asparagus, steamed
20 gms mashed potatoes
30 gms steamed vegetables
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp olive oil
Fresh herbs, for garnishing
Method:
Season steak with olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill till done to desired level of doneness. Place it on the center of the plate. Place mashed potato, vegetables and asparagus on the side. garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
Note: Serves 1.
