Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
500 gms pumpkin, peeled and chopped
100 gms onion, peeled and chopped
60 gms celery, peeled and chopped
10 gms chopped garlic
1 tbsp curry powder
400 ml water or vegetable stock
100 ml cream
Butter, for sauteeing
Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
Melt butter in a saucepan and saute all the vegetables till transparent. Add curry powder and saute for another minute. Pour water or vegetable stock and bring it to a boil. Simmer for30-35 minutes or till all the vegetables are soft. Liquidise and adjust seasoning. Drizzle in cream on to top and serve.
