Shahi Paneer

Ingredients:
400 gms. paneer cube
250 gms tomato puree
2 onions, finely chopped
¾ cup fresh cream
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
¼ tsp. turmeric powder
½ tsp. amchoor(dry mango) powder
1 tsp chilli powder
A sprig of chopped coriander powder
Salt to taste

Method:
Heat oil and sauté jeera and onion till golden brown. Add turmeric, amchoor, chili powder, and stir . Pour in the tomato puree. Add two cups of water and boil till the gravy thickens. Add salt, garam masala and sugar. Put paneer into the gravy and cook for few minutes. Garnish with fresh cream and coriander leaves.
