Akroshka Russian Yoghurt Soup

Ingredients:
150 gms plain yoghurt
75 ml coldwater
10 gms coriander leaves
40 gms radish
2 gms salt
1 gm white pepper powder
30 Gms cucumber

Method:
Wash and cut radish and cucumber into 5 mm dices. Chop coriander leaves. Mix yoghurt with cold water. Add diced radish , cucumber and the coriander leaves to the yoghurt mixture. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
Tip:
Mint can be used instead of coriander leaves. Saffron can also be added for a different flavor and color.
