Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger-chilli paste
1 tsp mustard seed powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp oregano
1/3 cup olives, sliced
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup coriander leaves, finely chopped
1/4 cup green bits of spring onions, finely chopped
1/2 tsp paprika
A pinch of salt
Method
Mix together all the above ingredients and chill. Serve with salad sticks like carrot, cucumber, wafers etc.
