Garlic tip

  • To peel garlic easily, microwave it for a minute, the skin will peel off without any trouble.
  • Another solution is to soak the cloves in a bowl of water for two minutes and then peel. if you don't want the garlic to stick to the knife as you chop, sprinkle a clove with a dash of salt before mincing.
