Ingredients:
1 cup maida+cornflour
3-4 cloves of garlic chopped
1 inch ginger chopped
100 gms cabbage grated
2 carrots grated
1 capsicum chopped
Pinch of soda bicarb
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ajinomoto
1 tsp soya sauce
For Sauce:
6-7 cloves garlic chopped
1 inch ginger grated
3-4 green chillies chopped
1 tbsp soya sauce & 1 tsp ajinomoto
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp oil
Method:
For Veg Balls; Make a dough out of theabove ingredients, make balls and fry in oil.
For Sauce;
Heat oil. Fry ginger, garlic, green chillies for 1 min.
Add 1 1/2 cups of water, ajinomoto, soya sauce and salt.
Cook the water for 3 minutes.
Add balls and cornflour paste.
Garnish with spring onion leaves.
